Setup Example for Equilibrium States of Torques

The equipment and items for experiment

Meter stick; balance support; hinge; hooked mass set; string; force sensor; right angle support clamp holder; V-groove (Table) clamp; a long aluminum bar; a small aluminum bar

The is the first part of the experiment to check out the related formulas. Use the force sensor, a meter stick, and weights. The stick must be balanced; in other words, the stick must be horizontally at rest.
Setup Example for Equilibrium States of Torques

This is for the second part. In the first place, find the center of mass of the meter stick.
