The refractive indices of each part are:

Cornea = 1.37

Lens = 1.43

Vitreous humor = 1.33

The index of refraction of vitreous humor is equal to that of water. Unlike human’s eye, the lens of fish’s eye is spherical to focus images in water since it needs more index of refraction. Human’s eye focuses an image by changing the thickness of the lens, but fish moves the lens back and forth to focus an image.
