Why do clouds float?

Clouds are not water vapor because vapor is invisible. Clouds are made from water droplets and icy crystals, but they are very small. The diameter of the cloud particle is about 0.01 mm (0.000394 inches). The cloud particle falls down at the speed of 0.003~0.01 m/s. An updraft moves at roughly the same speed. Therefore, clouds float.
